The Golf
Sweden & Denmark Courses
THE SCANDINAVIAN GOLF CLUB (OLD COURSE)
The Scandinavian, located about 25 minutes north of Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen, is one of the few golf clubs with both courses consistently ranked in the Top 50 Courses in Continental Europe. The club provides discerning golfers with a choice of 36 holes, designed by Robert Trent Jones II which are laid out in 200 hectares of forest separated by streams leading into natural ponds. The silence and tranquility provide a stress free, yet fabulously enticing experience for any golfer.
FALSTERBO GOLF CLUB
Falsterbo is one of the few true classic links courses in Continental Europe. Located at the southernmost tip of Sweden on the scenic Falsterbo peninsula, bird watchers flock to this designated preservation area - there are birdie opportunities both on and off the golf course. The third oldest club in the country, there’s a distinct British feel to Falsterbo and the club has been strongly linked to iconic venues such as Prestwick & Royal County Down - needless to say, a strong grasp of the bump and run technique is pivotal to scoring well at this Swedish gem.
BRO HOF SLOTT GOLF CLUB
Of the two courses at Bro Hof, both designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr, the Stadium Course is the star - one of the longest golf courses in Europe at 7,357 metres and also the most prominent championship course in Sweden. The club is stunningly beautiful and situated in an old cultural landscape, directly on Lake Mälaren and crowned by the renovated Bro Hof Castle. Every detail has been trimmed to perfection – a word synonymous with everyone involved in its creation.
Norway Courses
GREAT NORTHERN GOLF COURSE
The Great Northern course is ranked as one of Europe's top venues and has been designed with inspiration from some of the world's best. A challenging 6,775 metre long 18-hole course, designed with respect for its natural surrounds and offering spectacular views for a world-class golf experience, the bunkers, greens and fairways give you a unique experience of a true championship test.
LOFOTEN LINKS
The spectacular 18-hole Lofoten Links course opened in the summer of 2015 in a remote spot along the rugged coast of the island of Gimsøy, in the northern reaches of Norway, where golf can be played 24-hours a day in June & July. Located within the Arctic Circle, this is adventure golf at its best, and it’s easy to see why the Links is ranked inside Europe’s top 50 golf courses.
